The PRO Wetsuit Inside-Lined is optimal for deep freediving and is designed for competition use. Made from premium Yamamoto 45 neoprene–the gold standard in competition wetsuits and famous for its unparalleled flexibility, compression resistance, and low level of buoyancy. A glide skin coating makes you hydrodynamic in the water, while a velvety JY inner fabric lining lets you slip into the wetsuit on dry land. Ideal for tropical water dives in both pool and depth with 0.8 and 1.5mm wetsuit thickness.
Wetsuit tops and pants can be purchased in separate sizes. This wetsuit is available as a ready-to-wear option in a 1.5mm thickness, black, with hood and sleeves, shipping immediately in standard sizes. For custom colors, hoodless/sleeveless configurations, or other thicknesses, choose made-to-order with a 3 - 4 week production time.
Please note: Before putting on your wetsuit, ensure your skin is completely dry—any moisture causes the inner fabric to stick, making the wetsuit difficult to put on and prone to tearing.
Easy to wear
All Molchanovs PRO Wetsuits have glide skin coating outside, but the PRO Wetsuit Inside-Lined is the only one with a plush JY fabric-lined inside. This makes it ultra-comfortable, more resistant to accidental tears, and lets you easily slip into your wetsuit on dry land and go—no need for lubrication in the shower.
Compression-resistant
The Yamamoto 45 neoprene in our PRO Line wetsuits has minimal buoyancy, which means virtually no compression at depth and less lead weight around your neck and/or hips. For absolute minimal buoyancy on your CNF dives, choose 0.8mm thickness.
Anatomical cut
You’ll maintain full range of motion in every discipline with ultra-elastic Yamamoto neoprene and an anatomic cut featuring raglan sleeves, side panels, and seams under the knees. The sex-specific beaver tail closure also keeps things comfortable, attaching and providing additional reinforcement specifically to the female body. The bottom of the wetsuit top includes a stabilizing open cell hem, adhering to the wetsuit bottom to prevent extra movement.
High-performance
The PRO wetsuit’s neoprene has 94% cell penetration, making it lightweight both in and out of the water. The outside glide skin coating is hydrophilic in the water, allowing you to glide gloriously at depth and eliminate unnecessary resistance.
Superior construction
Yamamoto 45 neoprene with innovative seam construction delivers exceptional thermal insulation. The hydrophobic glide skin coating repels water to keep you warm in windy conditions, while heat-taped and glued seams prevent leaks—ideal for pool or diving with strong thermoclines. This construction eliminates internal threads for stronger, more flexible seams.
More sustainable neoprene
Yamamoto neoprene is limestone-based, making it less environmentally damaging than petroleum neoprene, more stable in terms of quality, and less likely to cause allergic reactions to the skin. Yamamoto also replaced petroleum oil with food-grade canola oil in their neoprene production, removing the risk of toxic oil spills.

PRO Wetsuit care
Due to the high-quality performance materials used in our PRO wetsuit line, extra care must be taken when donning and removing the wetsuit. We do not recommend wearing PRO wetsuits for extended amounts of time under direct sunlight. If you must wear a PRO wetsuit for a long period of time, we recommend wearing a rashguard or protective fabric t-shirt on top of the wetsuit to shield the glide skin layer.
Care instructions
- Before putting on your wetsuit, ensure your skin is completely dry—no water droplets or sweat. Wet skin causes the inner fabric to stick, making the wetsuit difficult to put on and potentially causing tears.
- You must thoroughly rinse your wetsuit in fresh water directly after every dive. If you do not have a chance to do so, leave your wetsuit in a bag with some seawater. Do not let salt water dry on your wetsuit and do not machine wash.
- After rinsing in fresh water, allow your wetsuit to air dry. Do not dry your wetsuit in the sun, near a fire, near central heating systems, or in a clothes dryer.
- If you’ll be wearing a wetsuit for a long time under the sun, we recommend wearing a rashguard or protective fabric t-shirt over it.
- From time to time, you should wash your wetsuit with a wetsuit-specific shampoo. Follow directions closely. Remove grease, oil, and other stains using a wetsuit-specific degreaser. Never use petroleum products on your wetsuit.
- Store your dry wetsuit in a cool, dry place and avoid folding it for excessive periods. Folding a wetsuit for short-term transport is acceptable; otherwise, we recommend laying it flat or hanging it on a hanger that does not stretch out the wetsuit. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.
- If you tear your wetsuit, use Neoprene Cement to repair it, which is commercially available at most diving centers or watersports stores. Follow the instructions carefully. Never sew smooth skin seams. Fabric-finished surfaces can be loop stitched, but avoid stitching completely through to the opposite surface. If you have doubts about repairing your wetsuit, contact us by email at info@molchanovs.com—we'll happily assist you.
