In the post-pandemic world, circumstances can still cause some deliveries to take longer than usual. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping now takes 2 - 6 weeks. However, delays of up to 8 weeks are expected to happen worldwide depending on local couriers and the availability of international flights to specific countries.

What is the estimated shipping cost?

Standard shipping is available worldwide to most countries and will be delivered to you by your country’s local delivery service (e.g., EMS, Singpost, USPS, etc.).

Base standard shipping rates are flat fees that depend on the destination as follows:

Note: The table above represents the base shipping price. Actual shipping costs may vary based on the package weight and the warehouse location. Final shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Please be aware that standard shipping of PRO/SPORT fins, buoys, rope, lanyards, blade protection, apparel, and swimwear is not available to Australia, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Norway, Poland and Sweden. If you are ordering any of the above items to ship to any of the above countries, express shipping is the only option available.

Shipping cost for express deliveries will be calculated at the checkout after you fill in the shipping address. The rate depends on the location and weight of the package. If an order contains products that are located in different warehouses, you will have two separate shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard shipping: 2 - 6 weeks from dispatch

Express shipping: 5 - 14 business days from dispatch

The estimated delivery times for the shipping options above vary depending on shipping location, local holiday, and customs. The longest delivery times are expected to remote countries.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times begin when your item(s) have left one of our distribution centers. For items that are ready for you at our distribution center (e.g., lanyard, noseclip, buoy, fin bags, standard size fins), please allow 2 - 5 days business days for processing before your order is shipped.

For our custom-made items, production times are as follows:

Bifins¹: 5 - 6 weeks
Monofins2: 4 - 6 weeks
Wetsuits: 3 - 4 weeks

¹ The usual production time of custom-made and standard-size bifins is 4 - 6 weeks, however, due to a recent high volume of orders, production times have been temporarily increased to 10 - 12 weeks. We are currently working to increase our production capacity and appreciate your understanding.

If you want to order a custom item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production free of charge (depending on availability), which takes 10-14 days. Please contact us by e-mail at to see if priority shipping is currently available for your selected time frame.

Do I have to pax taxes for my purchase?

Prices on the website do not include taxes, and it is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Therefore, if your country charges import duties and taxes, you will be charged separately and must pay for those charges locally before or as you receive the package. Molchanovs is not liable for any local import duties or taxes.

Return Policy

Can I return my item(s)?

Not quite right? No problem! We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order in salable condition for a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging.

If your item is outside of the 30-day return window, refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.

Note on swimwear: Due to swimwear being an intimate item, some pieces contain a protective sticker to keep the fabric from coming into direct contact with the skin in order to preserve hygiene. Please try on the swimsuit with the hygiene sticker still attached; if you are not 100% satisfied with the fit, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not accept returns with the hygiene sticker removed.

What if the packaging of my item is damaged?

Please check your package upon receiving. If you detect any damage that may have been caused during transportation, open the package in the presence of the postal employee. In the event of damage to the product, the postal worker is obliged to draw up a statement and sign it. For more information regarding further action, immediately contact us at

Are all items refundable?

Gift cards, sale items, swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached, and custom-made wetsuits are non-refundable. Custom-made fins (monofin and bifins) are refundable for up to 80% of purchase price depending on the degree of customization. There are certain situations where only a partial refund (or no refund at all) can be granted for other returned items, including standard items. This is the case if an item is not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts upon return, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Please note that we can not refund the shipping costs for your purchase or your return. If the refund is due to a faulty item, shipping and return costs are on us.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of our notification, please contact your bank. If your bank cannot find this transaction, please contact us at

What if an item is faulty?

If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, you have received a wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty.

How do I mail the return back to you?

Please take your item(s) to your local post office at your own cost. We request that you acquire a proof of postage receipt and retain this until you receive an email confirmation that we have received your return and are processing it. Without a return tracking number, we may not be able to honor your return if it becomes lost in transit. We do not refund postage costs.
