How to Become an Instructor Trainer?
To become a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer, you must:- Have assisted in a minimum of 1 complete Molchanovs Instructor Course OR Molchanovs Instructor Crossover Course
- Have passed performance requirements on L/W3I level
- Have at least 1 year of teaching experience as a Wave 3 Instructor (or equivalent in other agencies)
- Have a minimum of 150 certifications (minimum 10 L/W2 and minimum 10 L/W3). T certifications and certifications from other agencies are counted as half a certification (e.g., 60 certifications from another agency and / or T certifications are worth 30 Wave certifications)
