Monofin Fundamentals with Alexey Molchanov

Alexey Molchanov is one of the deepest men in the history of competitive freediving. He set his first world record in 2008 with a 250m (820ft) dynamic monofin swim in one breath. After he set his sights on depth freediving, he set more than 20+ world records. To date, his deepest dive has been to 136m (446ft), which was set at the CMAS 7th Freediving Depth World Championship 2023. He created Monofin Fundamentals as an in-depth introduction for freedivers who are newcomers to the monofin technique and want to explore it.

No monofin is needed–bifins are enough to get started!
