Deep Week in Amed, Bali & Molchanovs Instructor Courses

Get ready summer in tranquil Amed, Bali with Molchanovs!

Freediving World Champion Alexey Molchanov will be in Amed along with Australian Champion Adam Stern for Deep Week and the launch of the Molchanovs Education and Training System.

Alexey and Adam will be personally training with freediving enthusiasts during Deep Week, along with experienced freediving instructors from all over the world. Both of them will also be teaching the Molchanovs instructor course. This will mark the first time the Molchanovs Education System is being conducted outside of Russia, where the vibrant freediving community has developed around it over the last decade. 

Based on the education and training programs created by the most decorated freediver in history, Natalia Molchanova, the course was created by working in collaboration with the most experienced freedivers in the world. This all inclusive system will bring together education, training, and community to nurture a new generation of freedivers. 

Deep Week Bali

Deep Week is back, from the 18th to the 25th of August! Alexey Molchanov and Adam Stern are bringing the best freedivers, instructors, and experts from all over the world to come together to share knowledge and learn from each other. 

This training week is suitable for freedivers of any level, from the most beginner, to professional. The training is focused on the individual, and freedive instructors with different areas of expertise will be there to help you get the most out of Deep Week. Freediving courses of all levels will also available, running concurrently with Deep Week. 

The daily schedule will built around this, with a choice of 3 different workshops running during the 8.30am and 3pm time slots: 

7.00am: Yoga
8.30am: Workshops
10.30am: Depth Training
3.00pm: Workshops and Dry Training
5.30pm: Yoga or Strength & Conditioning

The cost of the camp is 649 euro, which includes all training and certification costs. It is not inclusive of travel, accommodation, and gear hire. A non-refundable deposit of 160 euro will be required to reserve a spot in Deep Week, and complete payment should be made no later than the 18th of July.

Molchanovs Instructor Crossover

The Molchanovs Instructor Crossover will run from the 26th to the 29th of August. This short course is for instructors who are already qualified by existing freediving schools, such as AIDA, PADI, SSI, etc. 

The cost of the crossover is 430 euro, which will include education, training, and certification costs. It will not include travel, accommodation, meals, or gear hire. A non-refundable deposit of 100 euro is required to secure your booking, and complete payment should be made no later than the 26th of July.

Molchanovs Instructor Course

The Molchanovs Instructor Course will run from the 26th of August to the 4th of September, alongside the crossover course. This Instructor Course is for those who have already completed the Molchanovs Wave 4 course, or equivalent, and have no instructor certification.

The cost of the instructor course is 850 euro, which will include education, training, and certification costs. It will not include travel, accommodation, meals, or gear hire. A non-refundable deposit of 200 euro is required to secure your booking, and complete payment should be made no later than the 26th of July.
